Dela Technology Corporation is a small, veteran owned privately held C-Corporation registered in the state of Maryland since 8/22/1955. Under the guidance of Dela's owner, Larry J. Newman, Dela specializes in the sales, service and technical support in the Research, Environmental, Process Controll, and Analytical Labratory area. After numberous years of this type of sales, several Dela staff members became experts in the calibration of pressure gauges and regulators. We then developed an exclusive relationship with Circle Seal Controls, a manufacturer of highly specialized Aerospace Military valves, regulators and gauges. Dela also represents W.L. Gore & Associates in the military market. W.L. Gore is a manufacturer of high performance microwave coaxial cable assemblies. In 1980, Dela became involved with the DLA bidding process for these products. It was at this time we acquired our Cage Code (2U435).

It is our goal to expand our government business by developing relationships with other manufacturers of Aerospace Military products. We now have over 10,000 active vendors and exclusive buying rights with several manufacturers. As distributors for these vendors, we stock hundreds of items to make them readily available for emergency DLA procurements as well as our sugre requirements. We presently have dozens of long-term DLA contracts, several corporate DLA contracts and numerous Indefinite Quality Contracts with many different government-buying activities.
In 1999, Mr. Newman, and his partner, Diana Campbell, realized the need for an in-house packaging facility. The adjacent warehouse was procured at this time and remodeled to accomodate shipping and packaging needs. We now offer in-house packaging to government and military standards and specifications. In February 2000, we hired a packaging supervisor, Andre Holland, who brought considerable military packaging knowledge with him. In addition, he has certification for handling most Hazmat packaging requirements. We are capable of performing overseas, air, and land shipments at economical pricing that we pass along to our customers. Our shipping and packaging desiccant, fire retardant corrugated cartons, heat sealable bags, polyethylene bags, and much more. We have a loading dock that can accommodate all weights and dimensions of shipment. We do our own preparation of government bill of ladings, DD250's, and bar coding. In addition, Dela Technology is an active particpant in the Department of Defense Wide Area Workflow program. WAWF enables both the contractor as well as DoD to access procurement information globablly and instantly.

Our annual sales to the Defense Logistic Agency are well over $15 million dollars. Dela Technology is in excellent standing with Dun and Bradstreet with an overall rating of BA2. Our current DLA ABVS overall rating is 94% with over 6000 active clins.
